We invite you to register even if you are not 100% sure you will use the car sharing service: in this way you will have access to the cars in case of ad hoc or last-minute needs.

To ensure only eligible customers have access to the service, your data will be transmitted for validation by the IOC and IPC.

Between the time you raise your hand and the final validation, we commit to confirm your validation to the program within 2 weeks. We invite you to anticipate this process as much as possible.

There is no deadline for registration, but we ask you to anticipate it as much as possible! Ideally, your registration needs to be completed by mid-April, so that you can make the car bookings as soon as they are available at the end of April. Please remember that registration requires no upfront commitment to use the service, but it opens the opportunity to book the cars if you need so.

We will accept the registrations after mid-April and even during the Games time. We will try to validate your registration quicker, but we can’t guarantee to do it fast enough to match your need for a shared car.

NOC/NPC TRANSPORT COORDINATOR

During the registration process, the person registering the NOC and NPC will be asked to nominate a Transport coordinator. They will be invited to register in KINTO portal and invite drivers from their organization. We suggest that the Transport coordinator for KINTO Share service in your organization is the same person who is usually managing the regular car fleet and has on overview of the mobility needs of the NOC/NPC staff.

Transport coordinator will choose who is eligible to drive within your organisation and invite future drivers to register. In case you choose “Corporate card” payment modality (more info in Pricing section), Transport coordinator will also have an overview of the past and upcoming trips and the overall cost.

We will share a user guide with the Transport coordinator, explaining the functionality of the platform and steps like invitation of drivers and trips booking.
