At KINTO Belgium we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility in accordance with the Act of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of private and commercial organizations

Compliance status
The components and templates used across KINTO’s websites have undergone an external accessibility audit, including both automated and manual checks.This was done to ensure they meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
The main components and templates are partially compliant. For 23 criteria they are compliant, 23 criteria are not compliant and 4 criteria are not present.
These components and templates were last tested in April 2024.
Please note that as of now KINTO Belgium, has not been individually tested for accessibility. We are in the process of scheduling and conducting these tests to ensure the local implementation also meets our accessibility standards.

Non-accessible content
The most important issues that are present within the main components and templates are listed below.
1) Text alternatives and labels are incorrect or missing entirely
2) The focus state is not visible at all times
3) The link text is ambiguous or does not describe the purpose of the link
4) There are missing or incorrect (ARIA) roles and attributes or these elements are incorrectly used
5) Text is not 200% scalable without loss of information or functionality
Other inaccessible parts, that are less common, were documented during the accessibility audit for the main components and templates.
