Congratulations on getting your new car!

A few checks are necessary before you get behind the wheel. Take a look around the vehicle to check that it is in good condition, that it corresponds to your order and that the following documents are present:

• Duplicate keys
• Certificate of conformity
• Vehicle maintenance booklet
• Green insurance card
• Vehicle registration certificate
• Fuel card (if provided in the contract)
• European accident report
• Warranty certificate

If you notice any anomaly, or if an item is missing, you must report it on the delivery report and contact Customer Services.

If your local authority provides residents with a parking card, you will need a certificate from us. Contact our customer service department to request one. 

Tickets and reminders sent by the police (in Belgium, Luxembourg and abroad) are automatically sent to you by e-mail.  

In the event of non-payment of fines, and on receipt of payment reminders, we communicate the customer's details directly to the authorities, who will monitor the case directly. This involves administrative costs that will be billed to the contract customer. We therefore recommend that you comply with the highway code and pay any fines on time to avoid these administrative costs and the - significant - surcharges associated with late payment.
