Have you opted for winter tyres in your contract? You can have them fitted from 1 October to 31 March.

If your contract includes a EuroShell fuel card, you will have received this card with an explanatory document. Each time you fill up with fuel, you must enter the PIN code and then the vehicle's current mileage.

A few checks are necessary before you get behind the wheel. Take a look around the vehicle to check that it is in good condition, that it corresponds to your order and that the following documents are present:

Tickets and reminders sent by the police (in Belgium, Luxembourg and abroad) are automatically sent to you by e-mail.
In the event of non-payment of fines, and on receipt of payment reminders, we communicate the customer's details directly to the authorities, who will monitor the case directly. This involves administrative costs that will be billed to the contract customer. We therefore recommend that you comply with the highway code and pay any fines on time to avoid these administrative costs and the - significant - surcharges associated with late payment.
After years of faithful service, your leased car will almost inevitably show visible signs of wear and tear in the form of small scratches and/or dents.
But if you notice damage that doesn't fall into this category, report it to your insurer before you turn the car in.
The car can be collected from the dealership where you take delivery of your new leased car.
The expert will check the condition of the vehicle with you and ensure that all documents, keys and vehicle accessories are present. To do this, use the “Car Check Document” which you'll find in the on-board documents. As soon as we collect the vehicle, an independent party will carry out a final check.
A report on the return of the vehicle will be drawn up and signed by the driver and the expert.
