The KINTO Europe GmbH is a joint venture between Toyota Financial Services Corporation, headquartered in Nagoya, Japan, and Toyota Motor Europe, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. The company was established in 2018 with the aim of creating a European base for future mobility services by providing full-service leasing and mobility products/services.

KINTO Europe GmbH has offices in various countries in Europe, including Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the monitoring and proper implementation of the internal Corporate Governance Framework.
• Coordinate all key planned meetings with stakeholders and local markets, ensuring a clear meeting structure and thorough documentation.
• Ensure strategic objectives are aligned and tracked, and that actions agreed upon during meetings are properly implemented by the respective business functions.
• Support the Senior Manager and Corporate Projects team with product and brand approval processes.
• Take ownership of ad hoc tasks assigned by the CFO and Corporate Functions.

Your profile:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in an international headquarters or corporate environment, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance and approval processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of an international organization.
• Excellent organizational and structuring skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an agile approach to work.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
