Diverse, inclusive and committed to excellence
KINTO is powered by the creativity that comes with different perspectives. It's what makes a career in mobility so exciting.
The start-up on a mission
Who we are
Born in 2019, KINTO is a start-up backed by Toyota, the largest automotive brand in the world. Dedicated to providing flexible mobility solutions to corporate customers, KINTO co-exists with Toyota Financial Services, which is focused on delivering the same bespoke excellence to private customers. Everyone at KINTO shares one clear purpose: to make mobility better for all.
Friendly and flexible
How we work
Everything we do is underpinned by a commitment to customer-centric flexibility. At KINTO we believe fixed schemes are a thing of the past, and fundamentally unable to meet the challenges of our times. Flexible solutions represented 8% of our product mix in 2025, up from 2% in 2020. By 2030, flexible products are on course to account for 14% of our mobility services. It’s a paradigm shift, and KINTO is driving the change.
The power of people
Our team
A desire to change lives for the better motivates KINTO across every part of our organisation, and we’re constantly striving to improve our services from within. Regular staff surveys, transparent conversations and regular customer feedback all help shape our ways of working. And at KINTO we invest in our people, with ongoing training, mentoring and coaching. We believe that happy people are fundamental to success.
Powered by a wide range of skills and perspectives
Diversity and inclusion
KINTO’s approach is based on the core principles of diversity, inclusion and equality. We treat all our employees and customers equally, and with the utmost respect. We also strive to create a working environment in which differences are celebrated. Diversity is critical to the spirit of innovation, restless curiosity and advanced problem-solving at the heart of KINTO’s creativity. KINTO also prides itself on ensuring everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
