The KINTO Europe GmbH is a joint venture between Toyota Financial Services Corporation, headquartered in Nagoya, Japan, and Toyota Motor Europe, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. The company was established in 2018 with the aim of creating a European base for future mobility services by providing full-service leasing and mobility products/services.
KINTO Europe GmbH has offices in various countries in Europe, including Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Your tasks:
- Optimization of existing pan-European purchasing agreements to increase competitiveness and cost efficiency
- Identification and implementation of key procurement initiatives (e.g., fuel cards, vehicle data, maintenance services)
- Development and improvement of supplier evaluation and onboarding processes, including training programs
- Negotiation and monitoring of supplier contracts, taking into account ESG and compliance guidelines
- Introduction of a digital vendor management system (One Trust) for process control and risk minimization
- Support for KINTO markets in complying with global and regional guidelines in supplier management
- Preparation and management of strategic contract renewals
- Promotion of strong business relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and service levels
- Support for KINTO Germany Operations in negotiations and supplier management
Your profile:
- Degree in economics or comparable education
- Several years of experience in purchasing, preferably in an operating leasing company
- Strong understanding of contract management and economic relationships
- Experience in managing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record in supplier management, particularly in performance improvement and relationship development
- CIPS qualification desirable
- Excellent communication skills, high level of self-organisation and proactive mindset
- Fluent English skills
