Quality Manager (m/w/d)

KINTO Europe GmbH is a joint venture between Toyota Financial Services Corporation, headquartered in Nagoya, Japan, and Toyota Motor Europe, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. The company was established in 2018 with the aim of creating a European base for future mobility services by providing full-service leasing and mobility products/services.

KINTO Europe GmbH has offices in various countries in Europe, including Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.


Tasks and responsibilities:

· Investigation of market conditions and establishment of market and market comparison matrices

· Definition of Pan EU roles & responsibilities for service & product quality in line with the (FA05) quality management framework of Toyota

· Establishment of Pan EU quality KPIs measuring customer feedback and voice

· Visualization and standardization of market and market approach as well as the definition of Pan EU quality service improvement priorities

· Support creation of a Pan EU Operations manual and escalation mechanisms to support the optimal usage of tools, services, evaluation and launch of new products

· Establish a market level counterpart organisation

· Assist/guide local countries in seeking quality approval for new services & products

· Provide project management leadership to enhance overall quality journey for KINTO

· Establish and facilitate Project Steering Committees as required

· Drive EU and Local Hoshin project outcomes for quality in line with HO strategy

· Organise activities to coordinate, share key initiatives and learnings between countries and Head Office in close collaboration with the organisational effectiveness role in KINTO EU

· Manage key relationships with Quality counterparts in Toyota group

Your profile:

· Successfully completed studies in engineering or engineering related studies

· Over 5+ years of experience in project management and a quality related role or a role involved with rigorous standardization & KPI visualization

· Experience with establishing, maintaining and agreeing KPIs 

· Fleet / Mobility Industry Experience is a plus

· Ability to work across multiple projects at the one time

· Strong Communication skills to high level stakeholders

· Have a strategic orientation and high level of business and people acumen

· Fluent in English (any other European language is a plus)
